We will get you a qualified caregiver who is very experienced in a particular case.

2. Are your caregivers trained?

Yes, all our caregivers are trained and certified.

3. Do caregivers get paid directly from us?

No. All caregivers are paid by Great Comfort Care.

4. How do I look forward to a particular day with a caregiver?

Caregivers are trained to arrive at the client’s home on time and start their duties straight away.

5. Should we expect the same care giver every time?

Yes. Unless the family members request a change of caregivers or the caregiver is unable to make it due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we will always inform the family ahead of time.

6. What will happen if I don’t like a caregiver?

We can replace the caregiver and provide someone else more suitable for you.

7. What happens if a caregiver gets sick or can’t come to work?

We have an on call staff available 24/7 in such circumstance.

8. Can Great Comfort Care help with medications?

No. We can only provide reminders.

We are able to provide a private sitter at the hospital upon the family’s request, or discontinue services until the client returns home
